Hosting Your Event at GBG-LA
The George Billis Gallery is a 2,100 square foot art gallery located in the heart of the fashionable Culver City Arts District.

We host a variety of events:
Birthday celebrations, engagement parties, cocktail receptions, financial seminars, film and commercial photo shoots, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties.

Availability
The gallery is available for rentals Monday through Sunday.

Capacity
Maximum 250

Rental Fees
All weekday and weekend rentals:
$4,000. (50% due with application + $500 refundable security deposit)
Balance Due 60 days prior to rental date. If space is rented within 60-day window, then entire rental fee + $500 security deposit is due up front.
Holiday rentals are available at an increased rate.
$1,500. Smaller events that require no catering or setup and duration of the event is under 3 hours.
The security deposit is completely refundable within 7 days following the event if no damages have occurred, or no cleaning beyond what is customary is required. If any of the above exceeds the amount of the deposit, rentee will pay the additional amount.
Catering area is available with sink, microwave and refrigerator.

Filming and Renting Artwork
The gallery is available for Television and Movie filming and for an additional fee artwork can be removed from the walls prior to filming. Removal of artwork must be arranged in advance of filming date.
Artwork is also available for Television and Movie rental. The rentee must provide gallery with proof of door-to-door insurance for the artwork(s). All artwork(s) rent for 20% the cost of the work per day.

Parking
For events beginning after 7 p.m. street parking is ample and available. Valet is suggested for events over 40 people, but other accommodations can be made with our neighboring businesses.
